Fish-eye makes the dropoffs look MUCH steeper than they are. Still crazy... ish.
Somewhere near Grand Junction?

Skinny Ridge is just east of Grand Junction on BLM land. If you are on I-70 heading west, it's on your right.
Cool vid. I f'ing hate heights!
While I do understand what a fisheye lens does to perspective, I still think I would have a hard time riding that on dirt, let alone on snow!!
The place is south of grand junk. Glades park off 141
Could be the place in south west MT?

I think someone on ADVRider said it was their friend and the snow actually made for better traction. Also it is not that steep of drop offs at all. I'll confirm hopefully in April as I plan to stop on the way back from Moab and ride....LOL
i believe its north west of skinny. when we go we call that mini skinny, its a lot steeper than skinny but 1/3 of the hill climb. i have an older video of what the face of it looks like...the top is actually 6 to 8 inches wide on average. ill try to get a vid of the top this year with the HD

He is on studded tires, not that it takes away from how cool it is in the least.
